7-Day Visibility Reset
Version 1.0 · Effective from date of purchase
By purchasing the 7-Day Visibility Reset, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms set out in this document. No signature is required. Purchase constitutes acceptance.
These terms exist to protect both parties. They set clear expectations about timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities so that the engagement runs smoothly for everyone.
1. About the offer
The 7-Day Visibility Reset is a one-time, contained strategy engagement. It is not coaching, content management, or an ongoing service.
By the end of the engagement, you will receive:
- A refined positioning statement
- A clearly defined primary audience
- Three core visibility territories
- A platform decision with rationale and posting cadence guidance
- A conversion direction and CTA structure
- A 30-day visibility roadmap
- A Loom walkthrough (20–30 minutes) explaining every decision
Delivery is via a Google Doc strategy document and a Loom video link. There are no calls, no revisions, and no ongoing support included beyond what is stated in Section 5.
2. How the timeline works
Your 7-day delivery window begins on the date Visibility & Co receive your completed intake form — not on the date of purchase.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to submit your intake form. If the form is not received within this window:
Visibility & Co will send one reminder email at the 24–48 hour mark.
If no form is received and no contact has been made within 7 days of purchase, the booking will be considered forfeited.
No refund will be issued in this circumstance. See Section 4 for the full refund policy.
If you need more time to complete the intake form, please contact Visibility & Co before the 7-day window closes. Extensions may be granted at Visibility & Co's discretion and will be confirmed by email.
3. Your responsibilities as a client
The quality of the strategy you receive depends directly on the honesty and completeness of your intake form responses.
You are responsible for:
Submitting your intake form within the 7-day window from purchase.
Providing accurate, honest, and complete information about your business, offer, and audience.
Reviewing your strategy document and Loom walkthrough within a reasonable timeframe.
Raising any questions within the 48-hour Q&A window. See Section 5.
Visibility & Co is not responsible for outcomes where the strategy was built on incomplete or inaccurate intake information.
4. Refund policy
Given the bespoke nature of this service, refunds are limited. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.
Before the intake form is submitted:
If you have purchased but not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests after 48 hours but before intake submission will be considered at Visibility & Co's discretion.
After the intake form is submitted:
Once Visibility & Co has received your intake form and begun the audit process, no refund will be issued. Work on your strategy begins as soon as the form is received.
Forfeited bookings:
If your booking is forfeited due to non-submission of the intake form (see Section 2), no refund will be issued.
To request a refund where eligible, email [email protected] with your name and purchase details.
5. What is included after delivery
After your strategy document and Loom walkthrough are delivered, a 48-hour Q&A window opens via email. This is the only post-delivery support included in the offer.
Within this window, you may ask questions about the decisions made in your strategy. Visibility & Co will respond once within this period.
The following are not included:
Revisions to the strategy document
Additional Loom recordings
Calls of any kind
Ongoing support, check-ins, or follow-up strategy work
If you would like further support after your Reset is complete, Visibility & Co may offer additional services at a separate cost. These will be communicated separately and are not part of this agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Visibility & Co will not share your business name, personal information, or the specific content of your strategy document publicly without your explicit written permission.
Visibility & Co may reference the engagement anonymously — for example, describing the type of business or challenge addressed — for the purposes of content, case studies, or marketing, unless you have requested otherwise in writing.
If you are willing to be named in a testimonial or case study, this will be requested separately and is entirely optional.
7. Intellectual property
The strategy document and Loom walkthrough produced for you are for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present the work as your own to others.
The frameworks, methodologies, and structural approaches used by Visibility & Co remain their intellectual property.
8. Testimonials
Approximately 5–7 days after delivery, Visibility & Co may send a short testimonial request. This is entirely optional. There is no obligation to respond.
If you provide a testimonial, you give permission for it to be used in Visibility & Co's marketing materials, social media content, and on their website. You may request to be credited by first name only, or anonymously, and this will be respected.
9. Limitation of liability
The 7-Day Visibility Reset provides strategic clarity and structure. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, follower counts, or sales results.
Visibility & Co's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. They are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the strategy provided.

These terms were last updated in April 2026. Visibility & Co reserves the right to update these terms for future purchases. The version in place at the time of purchase applies to your engagement.
